Diet

Diet - the process in which a man does to reduce or maintain weight. This is the act of eating less food, compare to the usual food being eaten. This can be accompanied by exercise or any physical fitness to help reducing weight and get an ideal body figure.

It's hard to diet.

There are too many countries, different kinds of foods, different dishes to cook, different delicious foods in many variants. We eat in the morning for breakfast, in the noontime for lunch, in the evening for dinner, and snacks during midnight and anytime in the day. Sometimes, when you feel bored, you will eat. We see everyone eating foods, everyone is eating.

How can you have your diet when too many foods surround you? What makes it harder is that you love eating. It's hardest when you have all the means to have or buy or cook foods. You just can't resist, you will eat. Your tummy will tell you "Feed me" from time to time.

There are many people who does diet. Those people who wants to get slim, to maintain the figure, or just to fit in their shirts or pants. But, not everyone succeeds in dieting. In my opinion, only 30% succeeds in dieting, the rest, they're all eating much.

Psychologically, the more you think of diet, the more you crave for food.

So, instead of doing your diet, you will eat. The more you hide the food, the more you'll search for it.

That's the challenge of diet. You have all the foods on your house, you can eat everything you want, you can buy the foods you want. But, you want to diet. You have to sacrifice the happiness of eating just to have diet.

Which will you choose? The happiness of being slim or the happiness of eating? This is the challenging question. Which ever you choose, you'll be happy, but sad too. You have to be sad avoiding foods to get the happiness of being slim. You will be happy eating foods regularly but you'll be quite sad not being slim. Which will you choose?

Dieting can be compared to love. In love, the more you avoid the one you love, the more it will hurt you, but it can make you better. In dieting, the more you avoid to eat food, the more you'll be hungry, but it can make you better.

Love can also be a good inspiration for dieting. When you love someone, you'll do your best to lose weight and be slim just to look perfect with that someone. But, if someone really loves you, he/she will love you just the way you are.

To sum it up, Diet is really hard. It's up to you if you want to, or not. But, whichever you will choose, make sure it's your best choice, or else you'll end up regretting. You can eat more, you can eat less, do what can make you happy.

Me, I tried to. But, I didn't succeed. I chose to eat more. I don't have regrets because I am happy. Though I am fat, I can determine who among my friends are real, those who won't leave me hanging. I am happy. One more, my parents supply us foods we want, because when they see us happy eating, they are happy too and they feel rich. We are the wealth in our family. I am happy being me, I am happy with foods. Are you?
