Fractured Promise

Both of us promised to live together
That we will love each other forever
You had promised but you mean it never
You left me and treat like a stranger.

I remained loyal and kept our promise
It was preserved like my fortune cookies
Our taken video was put on my disk
I hope you'll come back, I'm begging you please.

Now we are free and we are both single
I guess you'll look for a guy to mingle
Searching for someone that you would tingle
Someone to put his life in the jungle.

Maybe it is time for me to move on
I must fight and bring home the bacon
I'll struggle to defeat the dragon
I wish I could forget and carry on.
